En bok jag hittade p\u00e5 Goodreads och inte visste n\u00e5got om n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6pte den! Det l\u00e4t s\u00e5 himla lockande, med ett mysterium och en bokhandel i samma ber\u00e4ttelse. S\u00e5 denna bok hade sina f\u00f6r- och nackdelar:<\/div>\n
Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att komma in i handlingen. Den s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng genast. Att l\u00e4sa om bokhandlar \u00e4r mysigt, men ded\u00e4r sm\u00e5 bokdetaljerna och den r\u00e4tta bokhandelsk\u00e4nslan lyckades inte Sullivan f\u00e5 hos mig. Jag fick inte riktigt klart f\u00f6r mig om det var en bokhandel med nya b\u00f6cker eller ett antikvariat?<\/div>\n

Sj\u00e4lva mysteriet med Joey Molina, en av bokhandels stamkunder som h\u00e4nger sig i bokhandeln, var sp\u00e4nnande och h\u00f6ll mig intresserad boken igenom. B\u00f6r n\u00e4mnas dock, att jag f\u00f6rest\u00e4llde mig att handlingen skulle vara ”cozy mystery”-genre, lite likt Agatha Christie. Men det var nog mycket blodigare. N\u00e4stan s\u00e5 jag hoppade till.<\/div>\n

Vissa saker var inte alls trov\u00e4rdiga. En bokhandel som \u00e4r \u00f6ppen till midnatt, finns det?! Kanske det g\u00f6r. Vad vet jag. Stamkunderna, ”The BookFrogs”, fick jag inte riktigt greppet om, var de alla utst\u00f6tta fr\u00e5n samh\u00e4llet eller uppfattade jag dem bara som fattiga och utst\u00f6tta? Jag vet inte heller hur l\u00f6nsamt det \u00e4r att ha stamkunder som sitter och l\u00e4ser b\u00f6cker utan att k\u00f6pa dem.<\/div>\n

Men! Den var \u00f6verlag en ganska sp\u00e4nnande ber\u00e4ttelse och trots lite detaljer som kunde finslipats p\u00e5 lite mera tycker jag det var trevlig l\u00e4sning. L\u00e4mnar inget st\u00f6rre sp\u00e5r, men ingen stor besvikelse. Helt okej!<\/div>\n
