Tredje delen av serien The Lunar Chronicles \u00e4r h\u00e4rmed l\u00e4st. Efter andra delen, Scarlet, k\u00e4nde jag mig inte riktigt lika taggad, men denna bok h\u00f6jde upp serien igen. Fortfarande tycker jag Cinder \u00e4r den mest v\u00e4lskrivna i serien \u00e4nd\u00e5. I Cress f\u00e5r vi igen bekanta oss med en ny karakt\u00e4r, Crescent som \u00e4r f\u00e5ngen uppe i en satelit, skickad av Lunar drottningen Levana f\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra spionage.<\/p><\/div>\n

Jag gillar Cress betydligt mer \u00e4n Scarlet, vilket ju var bra, men det b\u00f6rjar bli f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga karakt\u00e4rer inblandade. Ibland k\u00e4nns det lite som Meyer f\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka tvinga fram en story som varje karakt\u00e4r kan bidra n\u00e5nting med. Scarlet och Wolf \u00e4r enligt mig helt on\u00f6diga i b\u00e5de f\u00f6rra boken och denna bok, trots en helt lyckad fairytale-retelling. Jag har sagt det f\u00f6rr och jag s\u00e4ger det igen, b\u00f6ckerna hade inte alls beh\u00f6vt det. Jag antar att Cress ska ha likheter med Tangled, en f\u00e5ngad tjej med l\u00e5ngt h\u00e5r. \u00c4h, skippa retelling. Det \u00e4r en s\u00e5 bra uppbyggd v\u00e4rld \u00e4nd\u00e5, som f\u00f6r det mesta funkar.<\/div>\n

Favoriterna att l\u00e4sa om \u00e4r ju \u00e4nnu Cinder och Kai, de vill man bara ha mera av (inte direkt som en k\u00e4rleksstory, utan i allm\u00e4nhet bara mera). Boken var actionfylld och slutet var en cliffhanger, vem skulle ha trott det? Nu introducerades \u00e4nnu en ny karakt\u00e4r lite grann, Princess Winter… Uppf\u00f6ljaren heter ju faktiskt Winter. Hoppas bara att det inte blir f\u00f6r st\u00f6kigt.<\/div>\n

S\u00e5 kort och gott \u00e4r det en j\u00e4ttebra serie. Jag hakade upp mig lite p\u00e5 vissa actionscener som inte var s\u00e5 trov\u00e4rdiga, speciellt hur bra Thorne kunde tr\u00e4ffa n\u00e4r han skj\u00f6t, \u00e4ven om han var blind… Och andra konstiga, och lite f\u00f6r l\u00e4gliga, sammantr\u00e4ffanden. I mitten av boken var jag s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att det blir en trea i betyg, men mot slutet blev det b\u00e4ttre och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir det en fyra iallafall.<\/div>\n
