Via hans ITjobb p\u00e5 tidningen ”The Courier”\u00a0l\u00e4r han k\u00e4nna\u00a0Beth och Jennifer, men inte personligen, utan genom att l\u00e4sa deras e-mail. Till Lincolns jobb h\u00f6r n\u00e4mligen att g\u00e5 igenom de e-mail som fatsnar i flitret, dvs. inneh\u00e5ller opassande ord. F\u00f6rst tanker han skicka ut en varning \u00e5t dem, men han b\u00f6rjar tycka att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 roligt att l\u00e4sa deras mail att han inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5got \u00e5t saken. Bara hoppas att de anv\u00e4nder n\u00e5got opassande ord… Kapiteln varvas mellan Lincoln och\u00a0de tv\u00e5 kvinnornas\u00a0e-mail konversationer. I boken f\u00e5r man l\u00e4sa lite om hysterin kring Y2K, \u00e4ven kallat Milleniumbuggen. Jag minns den inte sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e5 jag beh\u00f6vde googla lite. Det var allts\u00e5 s\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga datorprogram och system inte skulle fungera som de skulle efter \u00e5r 2000. F\u00f6rkortningen 00 skulle tolkas som \u00e5r 1900 ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r 2000. F\u00f6retag satsade enorma summor pengar p\u00e5 detta.<\/div>\n

Jag har bara l\u00e4st Fangirl av Rowells tidigare b\u00f6cker, men jag tycker hon redan blivit en av mina favoritf\u00f6rfattare. Jag tycker Attachments \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt stark f\u00f6r att vara en debutbok, och det var sv\u00e5rt att l\u00e4gga den ifr\u00e5n sig. Man m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 veta hur det hela ska g\u00e5, ska Lincoln v\u00e5ga ber\u00e4tta att han l\u00e4st deras e-mail? Hur ser\u00a0Beth &\u00a0Jennifer\u00a0ut? Kommer hans k\u00e4nslor bli besvarade?<\/div>\n
